Save As Window Blank - Reg Fix

Hi

I work for IT support for multiple clients and several of them are experiencing the 'Save As Window Blank' issue.

I have the fix for this per user

" Edit > Preferences > General > Un-tick 'Show Online Storage when saving Files'"

This only resolves it on the single session and needs to be done for every single user

Is there a registry Key that can be changed to make this a 'Global' change?

The registry keys for Show Online Storage when opening Files and Show Online Storage when saving Files are in:

    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\DC\AVGeneral]

    Set "bToggleCustomOpenExperience"=dword:00000001

    Set "bToggleCustomSaveExperience"=dword:00000001

    • Please reboot the server once and see if blank "Save As" dialog issue persist
    • If issue persist, repair the application and restart the server machine.
