Save changes Acrobat Reader

Hello all,

When I open a file in Acrobat Reader and want to close it without modifying anything on it, the software asks me “Do you want to save changes before closing?”.

Why does this happen?

Also, how could I fix it so that it doesn't ask me if I want to save when I haven't modified anything?
