You can do it with the mobile app. How is the desktop version different?

Hi Legofiddler,

When you use Fill & Sign to fill the form and add the signature to the form, you will not be able to edit the PDF after that.

You may add the information but cannot edit the already filled text in it.

If you wish to make changes to the form later on, please make sure that you do not add the signature to the PDF.

I would suggest that add signature only after completing the form.
