Is there a way to save multiple documents opened with Acrobat pro on an specific folder? I need this for someone else to view the downloaded documents from SAP

No, this is not possible, unless all files have a special code embedded in them that "discloses" them to a script.

Actually, it might be possible even without embedding this code, but it will require the development of a custom-made script, anyway.
