Saved comments on documents in the document cloud suddenly disappeared

Ich habe Dokumente aus der Document cloud kommentiert und diese Kommentare auch immer gespeichert. Plötzlich fehlen mir bei mehreren Dokumenten diese Kommentare. Kann mir jemand sagen, woran das liegen könnte und ob es eine Möglichkeit gibt, diese zu regenerieren?
