Saving a fillable form created in Pro DC but opened and filled out in Reader

I have created a fillable form in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.  I need to be able to download onto a Samsung Galaxy tablet for my field employees to fill out and save as so not to save over the original on their tablet.  Abode customer help line said to save my original document as "Save as Other" then "Reader Extended PDF" then "Enable More Tools(includes form fill in and save)".  I did and I still have the exact same issue - I have downloaded to the tablet and open in Adobe Reader.  I can fill out the form as I planned however there is not even an option to Save or Save As.  I need the field personnel to be able to open the form fill it out, save as another name/pdf so then can email the completed form back to me.  I need the original form to remain blank so they can pull up to complete each week.  Can someone help me.

Create a copy of the form

    Rename the form

Open the copy and fill it

There is no option to create a copy, rename, or save as once opened in the tablet using Adobe Reader.  Once I open the file I can fill it out as set up.  When I am done filling out I can print or save document to cloud only but no matter what option you cannot rename it and changes are automatically save when you close it thereby making the original unusable unless you hand delete all that was entered before.
