Saving does not work

Hallo zusammen

An was liegt das?

Hi Michellej,

Sorry for the delay in response.

Are you still experiencing the issue when saving PDFs?

Please check if the application is updated to the latest patch released.

Launch the application and go to Help > Check for updates.

You can refer this link Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader for information on recent updates available.

Try once to repair the application. In application, go to Help > repair installation.

If that does not help, try to recreate the preferences. Take help of the steps mentioned here How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default.

As you have mentioned that when you click on Save, the slides are white. Are you referring that the Save window opens as a blank white page?

If yes, then try the steps mentioned below:

- In application, go to Edit > Preferences > General.

- uncheck the box for "Show online storage when saving files".

- Click on the OK tab at bottom of the Preferences window.

Check if that makes any difference.

Let us know if the issue still persists.

We will be waiting for your response.

Regards,

Meenakshi
