Saving or opening documents from mapped network drive
When trying to save or open a document to the recent locations in Acrobat DC, I get an error message stating the location is no longer available. This is affecting multiple machines. What I've done so far:
-Verified user permissions on the network share
-Reinstalled Acrobat
-Tried different user profiles
-Tried different computers
I am able to save them if I go into the Windows explorer window and drill down to the specific location but this can be very time consuming depending on how deep the file is.
