Saving PDF files

I receive invoices from one of my suppliers and up until today I have been able to click on Save As and it asks me where I want to save it . I received one today and when I click on Save As it comes up with a window with no other information. I need someones help

!

Hi oscars76710986,

Could you please try opening the invoice in the browser then pressing Command+S - on Mac, Ctrl+S on Windows and see if that works?

Would it be possible if you share the screenshot of the screen?

    Press Windows key on the keyboard, type snipping and hit Enter to launch Snipping tool:

    Click New and select the area you want a screenshot of :
