Saving to Cloud takes very long (PC)

Whenever I try to close Adobe Reader after making some updates (notes and highlights) to a PDF it takes very long to update the cloud file. I feel that it re-uploads the whole file not just the changes. How do I fix this?

Hi Elsheimy,

Sorry for the delay in response.

As it takes longer to update the Cloud file after making changes, please make sure that the internet connection working fine and not intermittent.

Also, try once to sign out of the application and close it.

Then reboot the machine and launch the application.

Sign-in with your Adobe ID and check if it still works slow.

Try once repair the installation.

To repair, launch the application and go to Help > Repair Installation.

Also, check if this issue occurs with all the files or with some particular PDF.

Feel free to update the thread if the issue still exists.
