I get a message that my Adobe Reader has been stopped for safety reasons. It is not possible to stop the App or remove it from my computer. I have to give in my password or get a new one. When asking for a new password I receive a code from telephone number :0447591544589. I would like to kow if this is really Adobe company or some criminal trying to get access to my computer.

This sounds very much like a scam to me. However, if that number appears in a window you're seeing it means your computer is infected with a virus or malware of some kind, so you should run a complete scan with a good Anti-Virus program.

When have you got the message? The use of Acrobat Reader doesn't require a password.

Please show a screen shot of this message. You are right to worry. You cannot tell if a message is real from its number, since anyone can send a message with a fake number.
