Scan Tool Pauses At 90% When Trying To Add

I am using Adobe Acrobat Reader Pro and when I try to add the Scan & OCR tool it always gets stuck at 90%. Is there something I'm doing incorrectly or perhaps a wrong settings that I can change? Any help would be great, Thanks!

Kindly provide us with a few more details to understand the issue better:

1. Is it happening with a particular PDF or with all PDFs?

2. Could you share a screenshot of the issue?

3. Application version?

4. OS name and version?

 

Make sure that the app is up to date.
