school application not saved in reader cannot recover, Help!

I spent many hours writing this portion of my application in the fill and sign feature for adobe reader DC. I went to print when it looked good and somehow my text was no longer there and it saved this version. How can I relocate the previous version that had the text I worked on in it?

    Could you please let us know if you have saved the changes you made to the document.

    If not, then it is not possible to recover the data on the form.

    When you tried to print it, did you get that information printed with the form?
