screen is red help

Question

im using the measurement mark up tool and suddenly my screen has gone completely red as though it has been highlighted. It is now not allowing me to export measurements, make any changes or add any measurements. Help please

We are sorry for the Inconvenience caused at your end. Can you do the following and see if the issue resolves at your end :

Try to re-start the applicaton and perform the same workflow and check if the issue is still happening at your end.
if Issue is Still happening can you try to Re-Install the Application and then try
Is the issue happening with some specific files ? If yes can you please share some sample pdf files with us so that we can triage the issue at our end.
