Seeking advises on if Adobe reader programming can be done for following requirements

1) Detect userid and username that currently opening PDF files

2) Detect page numbers that users have read or print

3) Black out PDF contents when users share contents using screen sharing (webex, teams etc.) for normal users and allow sharing for admin users

4) Log all activities (user, file name, open or print, pages etc.) to a database

How should I start to program something for Adobe reader?
