Select all text in a file and keep horizontal scaling 120. I need to do this in all files in a folder.

You keep asking these very general questions about performing batch changes to PDF files, but you're not providing any information about the application you're using... If you want help you need to provide details.

At any rate, such global changes are not possible. PDF files were not meant to be edited in such a way.
