Select line that contains a word

Hello, 

Is there any way to select an entire line which contains a word? For instance, if I search "Hello," I want it to find all instances of the search and then I need an easy way besides dragging over it with a mouse to select and copy the entire text of the line that contains the "Hello" in other words, I would search "Hello" in a pdf and select the entire phrase in the pdf of "Hello world, thank you for being a world." I have adobe reader DC free edition.
