Send by mail - Outlook does not respond

Question

If i use the "send by Mail" Button to attach a PDF to an standard Outlook Email, nothing does happen and Outlook doesn´t open a new draft. Outlook is the default setting...

I hope you're doing well, and we apologize for the delayed response and the trouble.

Please ensure you have the latest version of Acrobat installed on the machine. Check for any pending updates from the Menu > Help> Check for Updates, install the updates, restart the app and the machine, and check. For more information, see this: https://adobe.ly/41vbuQM.

Check for any pending updates of the operating system and Office Suite, install all the mandatory or optional updates, and try sending the PDF as send by email. See this article to learn more: https://adobe.ly/3XvhfNr
