We have the following issue sporadically on a terminal server:

Sending a document per Mail (see attachment) causes a turning circle and adobe acrobat doesnt react anymore. Then Reader must be shut down bei taskmanager.

We use Adobe Reader 19.021.20056

Is this issue known? What can we do?

Regards

Sven

hi slug-tiag,

We're sorry for the trouble you had, please install the latest update available for Adobe Reader DC 19.021.20058 Planned update, December 10, 2019 from the help of Adobe Reader > select check for updates, reboot/log-off if possible and check if Adobe Reader still freezes while sending the PDF file as an email attachment.

Are you experiencing this issue while sending a specific PDF file or is it with all the PDF files?

What is the version of the OS/Server installed?

What is the version of the Office package installed?

Let us know how it goes and share your observations,

Thanks,

Anand Sri.
