Send error message when sending e-mail

Question

Hallo liebe Community,
 
ich habe folgendes Problem mit dem Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Wenn ich eine PDF Datei per Mail versendet möchte kommt immer das "Beim senden von Nachrichten ein Fehler aufgetreten ist"
Ich habe den Adobe schon neu installiert, ebenso habe ich Updates gemacht.
Ich habe Outlook als Standard Mail-Hinzugefügt, Regedit überprüft.
Online Microsoft überprüfung gestartet.

Please share the Acrobat and OS versions currently in use.

Share the MS Outlook version and Procmon logs using the process monitor tool: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/acromonitor.html.

It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording of the workflow with us.
