send file from external account through gmail

Hi,

I have my gmail account set up so that I can use gmail to send emails from my work account (i.e. not originally a gmail address).

I would now like to link this email address to my 'send file' option on acrobat reader, but am getting stuck on the following.

If I set it up to my work email account and I hit 'Send File', then it creates a draft email +attachment in my work email client (Outlook 365 webmail), but not in my gmail account.

If I set it up to my personal gmail account, it opens a new gmail window in my browser with the draft email + attachment, but with my personal gmail address as outgoing email address (even though my default outgoing mail address is the work email).

What I would like is to create a draft in gmail but with the outgoing email address being the work email.

Is this possible?

(I do realise that a workaround is to change my outgoing email address to the work email whenever I do this, but realistically I will probably forget to do this some of the time and so it would be great if there were an option to make this default).

In case this is relevant, I am using a PC running Windows10
