Send for Signature

I am trying to send for signature 2 small documents. I upload them, but when I go to send for signature I get an error screen that says " Could not send. (an error yellow triangle) An error has occurred please try again" and an option to close. Please Help!!!! I have used this program under other accounts but never have been able to use it since I et up my new account.
