Send&Track not working

HI, I'm trying to send a PDF with send and track to some people and every time I try to create a link it says that I have no internet connection. my internet is fine for edge, IE, chrome, outlook. so I know its not my internet.

    As you get "No internet connection" message while creating the link, please try once the troubleshooting steps provided here: Resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications

    Please let us know if you are using Send & Track feature online or in a desktop application.

    Can you share the screenshot of the error message you get?

    here is the error that I get when I try to click "create link".

    Thank you for sharing the screenshot.

    Generally, this message comes when the system is not connected to an Internet connection.

    Did you try the troubleshooting steps provided here:  Resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications?

    Please try to use the send & track feature online here: https://cloud.acrobat.com/send

    Check if this works fine or you still get the same error message.
