Send "via email" button in PDF only works with Internet Explorer - NOT Chrome, Firefox or EDGE!

Question

I have a PDF that includes a "Send via Email" button. When using Internet Explorer to view the PDF the email application will open and attach the email no problem, When using Chrome, Firefox or Edge its like the button is disabled. I've also noticed the ADOBE tool bar is missing in those browsers as well.

Anyone have an explaination for this?

Thank you for reaching out.

As you are trying to open the PDF form with different browsers, some of the browsers use the built-in PDF viewer which does not have the same feature level. As the send via email button is not working, you will need to get in touch with the support team for the respective browsers.
