sending a PDF via an email

when I try to send a PDF using the email I get the following message:

an unknown error occurred while uploading the attachment...

Mac O/S; trying to use yahoo email

    Hi All,

    With the latest Adobe Acrobat update, Yahoo option has been removed from Webmail as they(Yahoo) had deprecated Yahoo mail integration APIs that were being used.

    If your product has not already been updated, to get the latest product update, click on the menu Help --> Check for updates in the product.
