Sending in bulk

Where do I find "send in bulk". I am not seeing it anywhere on my home page.

Send in Bulk feature is limited based on the tier of service: Please find below the list of subscriptions that offers this feature.

Also, Acrobat Standard doesn't offer this feature either. https://www.adobe.com/sign/pricing/plans.html
