sending pdf

I have sent a pdf document via email and when the recipient has opened it on their Samsung phone it appears to have many spelling errors that are not in the original document that I sent. How has this happened?

    • The Samsung phone model which you are using
    • Is this happening with a particular PDF document or all documents which you are sending via email.

    I’m not sure of the Samsung phone as it was the recipient’s phone.

    The attached document entitled Congratulations Tina was what was originally

    sent.

    The document pdf23.05.17 was a screen shot from Tina’s phone when she

    opened it and tried to read it.

    Words are jumbled/misspelt.

    Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
