Setting Document Languages

Dear Adobe Community

I have noticed that each time I open up Adobe Acrobat Reader (AAR), it does not keep my preferred language.

It changes back to USA

Am I able to set the application to United Kingdom or is this not an option?

This is something I would expect as standard, update/upgrade or not and I expect it to be part of my preference.

I do not expect that I have to be kept put off my work by checking this every so often.
