Shadow on converted PDF

Question

When I convert my word document to pdf, there is a shadow on the right side, which throws off the margins. How can I remove it, or prevent it?

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

Would you mind sharing the steps you are doing to convert the Word files to PDF? Are you saving it as PDF? If yes, it's an MS process of creating the PDF files, and it is not Adobe dependent.

You may try to create PDF from Word document online using the link https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/acrobat/word-to-pdf and see if that helps.

Let us know if you are referring to something else.
