Sharepoint Component error

Hi,

we have the following problem with Internet Explorer 11 and Sharepoint. We use Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 2017, wih 2018 the same error. when you press the right mouse button and click Open with Adobe Acrobat or Reader X, we get the following error. somebody has an idea what can it be?
