Shutdown when entering text and signing document using Acrobat Reader DC

Hi everyone,

When recording my screen with mic audio, Acrobat Reader DC shuts down when I initialise the entereing text and signing funtion.  My laptop runs Windows 10.

What I've tried so far:

-updating Acrobat Reader DC

-removing and reinstalling Acrobat Reader DC

-2 different recording programs

-different microphone settings

-screen recording whilst entering text using Microsoft Word and Notepad (with both recording programs)

-opened the document after recording starts -> crashes immediately when function for entering text and signing is initiated

-already initialised text entering and signing mode before screen recording starts -> Acrobat Reader DC crashes as soon as recording starts

I'm at a loss for what to do next.  Any ideas out there?
