Hi, I'm connected to the internet and the app is not being blocked by a firewall whatsoever but I get this when I try to sign into my account. How do I solve this?

Hi Marilyna2988,

I see that you have not been able to Sign In in the application, have you been able to Sign In in the account online?

If not tried yet, then you may try signing in online on website and let us know if that also has a trouble connecting to the server.

Apart from firewall if you have any security software (antivirus) so please disable that for a while.

(If you have to temporarily disable it to install or activate other software, you should re-enable it as soon as you're done)
