Hi I've just downloaded and installed Acrobat Reader today. My operation system is macOS Majove(10.14.1). I was trying to sign in on the application but it just keeps telling me this.

Access Denied

You no longer have access to this service. Please contact Adobe Customer Support if you believe this is an error.

Please follow this link.

But this account can still sign in on the official website and I've tried the customer support but I didn't get what I need so can anyone tell me what should I do?

Hello TimoSun,

Sorry for the delay in response.

I have checked your account with the email address that you used to sign-in into the Forums. The Adobe ID(email address) that you are using is registered from China.

The Acrobat.com services are not available in your Geolocation i.e. China. This is the reason you are getting the access denied message/error.

You may file a feature/service request using the following URL Feature Request/Bug Report Form

Thanks,

Anand Sri.

Are you sure it is Reader that is asking you to Sign In and mo OS X that is asking for the administrators password?

No not like that. There's a sign in button on the right of the Reader so I tried to sign in. The macOS X didn't ask for the administrator's password.
