sign in problem

I try to sign in to my adobe acrobat reader dc. but when I click sign in, the sign-in page not allow me to click anything, and also Facebook account and apple account section all disappear. I try to reinstall the app still not working but I can log in online. my cell phone app also not allow me to log in.  I don't know what happens. just happen yesterday. before everything works well.
