In order to assist you further, we would require more information to troubleshoot the problem. Where exact;y your signature is not working and what is the application you are using?

Are you trying to sign a pdf file that is opened using Adobe Reader DC desktop application? Or it is opened on web browser?

1- If its with the desktop app, then check whether you have the latest version installed or not. Open Reader>Help>Check for update.

2- If you have added your signature earlier, then check whether you are Signed In the app or not.
