Signature Box Grays out after Saving the document

Hi there,

My issue is when i fill the details in the PDF document and save it, the Signature Box grays out after saving it.

Could someone please assist me on this.

Hi Akashkg,

Sorry for the delay in response.

There is a possibility the file is created in LiveCycle Designer and may the files is Reader extended. When you are saving the file Reader extension rights are gone.

To confirm, open file in Acrobat>File>Properties>Security tab. Check if you have rights to sign the document. Check for the file before saving it and after saving it.
