signature date and time

I'm having an issue getting the adobe acrobat to let me give my pdf job applications digital signatures as well as dates.  pls, help.  It's all just grayed out buttons on my end.

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, the Signature, Date and Time is grayed out in Adobe Reader, Is that correct?
