Signature field added in PDF form does not appear on Acrobat Reader

Hi Guys,

 

I have a PDF form that is SECURED but has editbale fields on it.

I have a checkbox as well as a field on the Signature.

Checkbox is editable but the signature field is not editable if I open on Acrobat Reader.

If i open the file within any browser or other PDF reader, it works fine.

Thank you for reaching out.

 

We have checked the PDF that you shared. The document had password security, so we could not see how the fields were added. We see that the signature field does appear on the browser. However, you cannot add a signature.

Can you add a signature in PDF when opening it on the browser?

 

Please confirm if you have created this document or added the form fields.

Also, let us know if the form field was added in Acrobat.

Hi Meenakshi,

 

The signature area is a text fillable field. If i open in a browser, i am able to type in the signature area.

Only in Adobe, i am unable to type in such said area. I have attached a new document below in a more simple structure.

Password is TR1234890

Report was created with Fast Reports. However the issue only occurs on Adobe and no other PDF reader.

Create the text field with Adobe Acrobat and it will work.
