Signature Function not working

Hi All:  I use the free adobe reader to open state department 424's. I can fill in the fields but it won't let me activate the signature function.  Can anyone help with this.

Hope you are doing well. Per the description, you are unable to sign the document.

 

Are you unable to sign the file with a digital certificate or use the Fill & Sign feature?

 

Please reply so we can assist you accordingly.
