Signature receipt problems

I have recently sent documents for signature. After the receiving party signs and clicks finish the document does not come back to me signed? This just recently began happening in the last week or so. Worked perfectly before. Subscription is up to date and I am signed in.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are not getting the signed and completed documents sent for signature to other users.

 

Would you mind sharing the workflow/steps you are doing to send the document for signature? Please make sure you are using Fill and Sign > Request for Signature option.

 

Also, please try to send a test document for signature to yourself and then sign and complete the signature process and see if you get the document back.

 

What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version installed Go to Help > Check for Updates and reboot the computer once.

 

If it still doesn't work, please sign out of the application > reboot the computer and sign back in with the same Adobe ID and check if that helps.
