Good night,

Today I have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and I am satisfied, but I need to convert drawings from PDF to Word.

I would like to know what kind of signature I should make,because I need to convert PDF texts and drawings to word.

I'm not sure what you mean by "Signature" but to convert PDF to Word, you either need the full version of Adobe Acrobat (not the free Acrobat Reader) or you will need a subscription to Adobe Export PDF.
