signature vs digital signature Adobe Reader 11.0.23

I have been using a saved drawn signature on all documents with a simple click. All of a sudden that signature diasppeared and the only option that came up where you click insert signature was to create a new digital signature. I dont want this feature. i was also unable to draw a visable signature to mark the documents unless using the pencil setting (therefore eachtime i sign it is different and sometimes unreadable)

How do i get back the signature 'stamp' with no password required like the digital signature?
