Signatures - updating with new date
We are using a Fill In form which all employees (over 500 people) enter information each quarter. They and their managers use a signature at the bottom. At the end of each Quarter they will reopen, update and remove signature and replace with new signature. Essentially just giving it an update date. We all have the same version Adobe Reader XI but for some reason, some people do not have the Remove Signature option when right clicking. Can anyone provide a solution for the large number of people that are have this issue? Currently they are copying data from the old form to a new one to be able to sign. Not ideal as there are a lot of fields. Any help would be appreciated.
