Signing in

I receive the error code "AN ERROR OCCURRED WHILE SIGNING IN" repeatedly.  I have signed out and back in several times and receive the same error code.  I have also received a confirmation of my password and it still doesn't work.  HELP!!

    What exact version of Reader are you using? Does it work when you try it here: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf ?

    Yes, this does work and is how I finally converted my PDF yesterday.  Why doesn't the open a PDF with Adobe Reader, click on TOOLS, sign in &  convert the PDF to a Word Doc   attempt work as it has for several years?

    I don't know. You still haven't said what exact version of Reader you are using. Go to Help>About Adobe Reader and get the version numbers.

    What are you signing it to and what steps are you taking to sign in? This is the Adobe Acrobat Reader forum. Reader doesn't require a sign-in but some add-ons for Reader may and many other Adobe products may.

    I open a PDF with Adobe Reader, click on TOOLS, sign in & attempt to convert the PDF to a Word Doc.  This is when I receive the error message "AN ERROR OCCURRED WHILE SIGNING IN" .
