Signing in to Android App using Adobe ID - Blank screen

I have a Huawei Mate 20 Pro and have the latest update for the Adobe Reader app: 20.2.0.12050.

When I try to sign in to access the document cloud, using my existing Adobe ID 

this screen appears and tapping on the "Sign in or sign up." takes me to a blank screen.

Is there a way to get around this?
