Silent install of Adobe Reader DC 2019.021.20049

Trying to install readerdc_en_xa_cra_install.exe 

using the -nos_ne

does not silently install. Have tried other flags. Still fails. I don't want the Thank You html page to pop up. I just want to install the application.

Any ideas?
