Simplified Notation formula - not working

Hi all,

I can't get this formula to work on the repair invoice I am creating for my office. Can someone please assist? I have all the other fields working, I just need to be able to calculate the 'shop supplies' line at 10% of whatever a technician may put in the parts lines. Currently the parts are using the basic Adorbe formulas qty x unit price.
