Sincronização desativada no Android

Não consigo ativar a sincronização da minha conta do adobe no android, só aparece uma mensagem, a qual diz que todas as sincronizações estão desativadas. Com isso meus arquivos não estão sendo sincronizados na nuvem do adobe, causando problemas no acesso posterior em outro dispositivo. Como solucionar isso?

As mentioned that you are not able to sync the files with the document cloud. Would you mind sharing a few more details to understand the issue better?

  1.  When exactly does this message appears?
  2. OS version?
  3. Application version?

Make sure that the app is updated to the latest version.
