Sing in to Adobe Acrobat Reader DC

I have problem with sing in int Reader DC. When I put my mail I have info that it is not exist. But I have account on adobe.com web page an there it is possible to use it.

    I have exactly the same problem, and as I search postings I am discovering many reporting exactly the same issue.

    Hey there!

     

    Could you please share the exact error message or screenshot of the page when you Sign In within Adobe Reader DC?

    If your credential are working on adobe.com official website, then it should let you sign in using same info. Try Signing In on Document Cloud website using your Adobe ID and password. https://documentcloud.adobe.com/
