Системная ошибка AcroRd32.exe api-ms-win-core-winrt-l1-1-0.dll.

Постоянно возникает это сооббщение при попытке открыть любой файл Адоб Ридер. Никакие файлы Адоб не открываются.

Thanks for your cooperation and patience on this.

 

The issue has been addressed with the latest build of Acrobat and Reader version 25.001.21265. Planned update, Mar 02, 2026. Check for any pending updates by navigating to Menu > Help> Check for Updates. Install the updates, restart the app and the machine, and try again as suggested by the Adobe employee.

The issue has been addressed with the Acrobat and Reader update (25.001.21265) released yesterday. Please try updating Acrobat Reader if the application hasn’t been updated.

We have already reported the issue to the product team. A fix has been identified and is currently undergoing internal validation and approval. Once the fix is available in a public release, I will notify you in this thread.

I hope you are doing well, and I am sorry for the trouble. The fix has been identified and is going through internal validation and approval. It will be available very soon with a public release.

 

I really appreciate your patience. For the time being, you can use the Acrobat Online services to view the PDF.
